Independent research on the businesses building the frontier. We cover the buildout as one connected system, and hold what we find for the long duration.

What we do

One thesis at a time, researched to conviction.

The defining investment story of this decade is a physical buildout. Artificial intelligence needs compute, and compute needs power, networking, and the systems that increasingly reach into orbit. Otto Analytics covers the companies that own that physical layer, the picks and shovels of the frontier, the infrastructure landlords rather than the tenants. Every name is put through a structured, multi-analyst framework before we reach a verdict.

We are allocators, not traders. A verdict from us is a judgment of fit against this specific lens, not a hot tip. We will say "wrong price" as readily as we say anything else.

Pillar 01

Compute & Silicon

The processors, memory, and chips at the core of the buildout.

Pillar 02

Power & Energy

The electricity and energy infrastructure the buildout runs on.

Pillar 03

Networking & Connectivity

The interconnect that moves and feeds the workloads, on the ground and in orbit.

Pillar 04

Space & Frontier Systems

The orbital infrastructure converging with AI: observation, connectivity, and power.

The Desk

A full research desk, directed as one.

Every name is examined by a panel of specialized analyst roles, each arguing its own discipline, then reconciled into a single, accountable verdict. Conviction has to survive the disagreement before it reaches the page.

Chief Investment Officer
Otto
Sets the mandate, directs the desk, and owns every final verdict.
The Visionary
Maps the secular trend and the size of the prize.
The Operator
Pressure-tests the moat, the model, and the execution.
The Skeptic
Hunts for the fatal flaw that ends the thesis.
The Quant
Grounds the call in the numbers and the valuation math.
Macro Man
Reads the cycle, the regime, and the tailwinds.
The Insider
Tracks what the people closest to the company are doing.
The Risk Manager
Sizes the position and sets the lines that can't be crossed.
The Technician
Reads price and timing for the quality of the entry.

Dissent is a feature. The Skeptic and the Risk Manager hold a standing veto. A thesis they cannot be talked out of caps the conviction, every time.
